2025 was a wonderful year for me going to restaurants --- Daniel, Jean-Georges, Bom, Robert. Each was wonderful in its own way.
But it’s high time to start putting together my restaurant goals for 2026. Here’s a first try…and yes, it leans Korean of course…
Atomix, the impossible reservation, the object of my envy. Is it really so sublime?
Jungsik – I can’t say no to three Michelin stars. And I’m curious about those who say it may be over-hyped.
Gabriel Kreuther - it’s serious fine dining in the dining room, then lighter in the bar, I think?
Ha’s Snack Bar - I want to know what the excitement is about.
Of course, this is all subject to change!
